Low Sugar Flapjacks

If divded into 9, these are only 4 Weight Watchers points each. Optionally add fresh or defrosted frozen cherries (remove any juice first).

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 225 g oats
- 1 medium egg
- 75 g low fat spread
- 1 bananas (mashed)
- 1 apple (grated)
- 50 g demerara sugar
- 60 g sultanas
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Step 1 Line a square tin with greaseproof paper. Brush the vegetable oil evenly over the bottom and sides.
- Step 2 Combine ingredients. Add in the mixture to the tin and press down fairly firmly.
- Step 3 Cook on 170C in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes (check not too brown after 25 minutes).
- Step 4 Divide into 9 with a knife in the tin and leave to cool for 10 minutes. Turn out onto a cooling rack and peel off the greaseproof paper before they completely set.
