Ingredients

  • 300 g Plain Flour (Plus extra for kneading and rolling out)
  • 150 ml Water
  • 3 tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 Small Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • 2 tsp Thyme

Method

  • Step 1   Turn the oven on at 108˚ c.
  • Step 2   Weigh the Plain Flour into a large mixing bowl.
  • Step 3   Add the Water and stir to combine.
  • Step 4   When the Water and Plain Flour are combined add in the Olive Oil.
  • Step 5   Add the Chopped Onion and Thyme to the dough.
  • Step 6   Place on a clean surface with Flour and knead for 5 minutes.
  • Step 7   Divide into 6 then roll each one out as thin as you can.
  • Step 8   Place them into a large frying pan and cook until there're brown circles starting to form on the bottom.
  • Step 9   Turn them over and do the same.
  • Step 10   Now eat them or place on a baking tray and add your pizza toppings.
  • Step 11   Place the pizzas in the oven for 10 minutes then they're ready to eat!
