Simple Flatbread for Pizza

Quick and easy flatbread base to put your favourite Pizza toppings!
Serves 6
Ingredients
- 300 g Plain Flour (Plus extra for kneading and rolling out)
- 150 ml Water
- 3 tbs Olive Oil
- 1 Small Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 2 tsp Thyme
Method
- Step 1 Turn the oven on at 108˚ c.
- Step 2 Weigh the Plain Flour into a large mixing bowl.
- Step 3 Add the Water and stir to combine.
- Step 4 When the Water and Plain Flour are combined add in the Olive Oil.
- Step 5 Add the Chopped Onion and Thyme to the dough.
- Step 6 Place on a clean surface with Flour and knead for 5 minutes.
- Step 7 Divide into 6 then roll each one out as thin as you can.
- Step 8 Place them into a large frying pan and cook until there're brown circles starting to form on the bottom.
- Step 9 Turn them over and do the same.
- Step 10 Now eat them or place on a baking tray and add your pizza toppings.
- Step 11 Place the pizzas in the oven for 10 minutes then they're ready to eat!
