Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 red chili (deseeded, chopped)
  • 1 tin cannolini beans
  • 1 tin kidney beans
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tin sweetcorn
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 4 large brown wraps

Method

  • Step 1   Gently fry the onions in the oil until soft.
  • Step 2   Add the spices, soy sauce, chili and stir for 1 minutes. Then add the tomatoes, beans, sweetcorn, maple syrup and season. Bring to the boil and simmer until slightly thickened - 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Step 3   Add additional freshly ground black pepper to taste, and service in warmed wraps.
