Delicious on its own, as an accompaniment or with fajitas. You can used half a teaspoon of dried chili powder instead of the fresh chili
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 2 avocadoes
- 1 fresh green chili
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 3 tomatoes (blanched & peeled)
- 0.5 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp cumin seeds (freshly crushed)
- 1 pinch seasoning
Method
- Step 1 Mix well together, sprinkle lime juice over to keep it from darkening, and let mellow for an hour or two.
