Ingredients

  • 2 avocadoes
  • 1 fresh green chili
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 3 tomatoes (blanched & peeled)
  • 0.5 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds (freshly crushed)
  • 1 pinch seasoning

Method

  • Step 1   Mix well together, sprinkle lime juice over to keep it from darkening, and let mellow for an hour or two.
