Ingredients

  • 0.25 Lettuce (chopped)
  • 0.25 Cucumber
  • 1 crisp green apple
  • 300 g prawns
  • 4 tbsp seafood sauce
  • 4 tbsl mayonnaise
  • 4 pinch paprika

Method

  • Step 1   Chop apple into small pieces, then pour over lemon juice to stop them going brown.
  • Step 2   Chop lettuce and cucumber.
  • Step 3   Make salad out of lettuce, cucumber and apple.
  • Step 4   Mix seafood sauce and mayonnaise into prawns.
  • Step 5   Assemble prawns on salad and put a pinch of paprika on each one.
