Chicken with Peanut Butter Marinade
Thai style peanut butter sauce - serve with rice or mashed potato.

Combine all the ingredients for the marinade to a smooth paste. Marinade the chicken for at least one hour.

Cook in oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, turning half way through.

Optional - separate the juice and heat with a little cornflour to thicken.
